有關於訂房，我的建議是
1.景點距離及交通便利度：省下交通時間就有更多時間玩啦！
2.價格：一分錢一分貨沒錯，不過如果是同一家飯店的話在HOTELS.COM訂的話訂貴了還能退價差！沒在怕的！（這點超棒！）
3.附加服務及設施設備：例如免費wifi/泳池/健身房/早餐/盥洗用具，care這些的人建議在找房時注意一下喔！
4.實際評價：最怕住到就是圖文不符的，這真的會壞了興致，除了去google看有沒有人住過之外，HOTELS.COM也會有實際住過的房客評價也是可以納入考量範圍喔！

司法院大法官會議預定將在3月24日針對同性婚姻議題召開憲法法庭，並將邀請學者、專家說明，進行言詞辯論，同時也會直播。但即便大法官釋憲結果為「合憲」，仍需由立法院修法通過，才得以落實。
對此，立法院民主進步黨黨團總召柯建銘認為，最終釋憲結果合憲的機率頗高。不過他認為，若堅持要修《民法》也可以，只是仍須考慮到配套修其他112種法律、超過500個條文，將會造成很大的衝擊。
柯建銘直言，若有其種一個法條沒修到，這項修法就等同於「報銷」，因此他指出，「另立專法是比較整體的解決方式，這不是反對婚姻平權，而是要好好解決問題。這是一種平權，不是歧視。」
不過主張修《民法》的民進黨立委林靜儀則認為，從《民法》著手才有辦法將定義釐清，且法律也必須與時俱進修改，無論是婚姻、性別定義都是如此。也有民進黨立委坦言，無論釋憲結果如何，《民法》派、專法派爭議恐仍難解，且立法院也將承受更大的壓力。

兩輛遭「蝶戀花」事故波及吊銷牌照的友立通運靠行遊覽車，今（7）日上午仍違規上路，遭雲林監理站在國三古坑服務區稽查，除當場扣車，並將依道路交通管理處罰條例開罰1萬800元。
蝶戀花旅行社承辦的賞櫻團，今（106）年2月13日在國道5號發生嚴重遊覽車翻車意外，造成多人罹難，事後交通部撤銷友力營業執照並吊銷公司旗下100多輛遊覽車牌照，許多靠行的駕駛受到波及影響生計，目前已提出行政訴訟中，但仍有靠行的遊覽車為營生計違規上路，今天有2輛遊覽車在古坑服務區被查獲，76名旅客行程受到影響。
雲林監理站稽查人員，今（7）日上午在國三古坑古坑服務區針對遊覽車進行稽查，發現已註銷牌照的兩輛友力旗下遊覽車，但仍分別由孫、劉姓二位駕駛，載著新北市東湖民防中隊遊覽團員76人，準備前往小琉球3天2夜覽遊；不料途中卻遭雲林監理站人員稽查，當場將該2輛違規上路的二輛遊覽車查扣，車上76名旅客則由遊覽車公司緊急調派其他遊覽車接駁，繼續後續的旅程。
駕駛違規上路遊覽車的孫姓駕駛表示，蝶戀花事故發生後，一百多輛遊覽車無辜受到波及，他駕駛的遊覽車車主有4輛遊覽車靠行友力通運，每個月要繳40多萬元貸款，而今牌照被註銷，不知該如何維生；監理站長吳孟峰表示，違規上路的2輛遊覽車，分別為2011、2012年出廠，經稽查後依法當場扣車，並將依照道路交通管理處罰條例開罰1萬800元。
